About Us

Kurtistown, HI Roof Inspection provides roof inspection and roof certification in Kurtistown, HI, Hawaii. Salt air is hard on every metal part of a Hawaii roof. Fasteners, flashing and hurricane straps corrode faster near the ocean, and rust at a cut panel edge can spread under the paint.

Trade winds blow steadily, windward sides get heavy rain, and hurricanes are a real risk. Many older island homes use single-wall construction, and termites can damage rafters and fascia. Our roof inspection checks fastener corrosion, wind uplift at edges, roof-to-wall connections where visible and wood damage in the attic. We also provide pre-purchase roof inspection and insurance roof inspection.
